For companies with their own in-house IT departments, we work alongside them to incorporate ACT! database solutions on their network or shared environment and for those companies without an IT staff, we provide a full solution from beginning to end.

As the president and founder of DataMasters, Inc., it is only natural that Bryan is 100% committed to the success of the company.

"I take customer service very seriously. As a result, I believe this is why, in these times that many computer companies in this area are having problems staying in business, my business is growing. It is very important to me to continue to provide the level of outstanding service that they have become accustomed" states Bryan.

Bryan has been in the computer industry for over 20 years and has extensive training and hands on experience in all facets of computers and network systems. Through the years, he has worked as a network specialist for a government agency and as service manager for several area computer and consulting companies that are no longer operating. Following the business closing of Bryan's previous employer and driven by motivation and ambition, he founded DataMasters, Inc., which today is a thriving young company with a promising future.

As a self-proclaimed "ACT! Fanatic", Susan first worked with ACT! in 1993 during her employment as an administrative assistant to the general sales manager. Her strong background in the sales industry has been instrumental in her role today as an ACT! Certified Consultant. She has held positions such as inside sales representative, executive administrative assistant and sales team support in various capacities.

"My years of experience in working with executives, sales managers, and inside and outside sales reps has proven invaluable to me today. It has given me an edge on realizing how sales teams think and work, so that I can better understand their needs for sales force automation. I can help them streamline their processes and become more productive and efficient through the use of ACT! contact management software and 3rd party add-on products." says Susan.

Prior to coming on board with DataMasters, Inc., she wore many hats - among them was network, information systems and ACT! administrator for a corporation in the northern Baltimore area.

Today she is DataMasters, Inc.'s Senior ACT! Certified Consultant. "It's great to be able to do what you love, and help people in the process. I can't imagine anything better than that."
